We can assist with over-flow arrangements to accommodate most any size group
In the early 1900’s, the building that is now Inn on the River was part of a unique complex known as Dr. Snyder’s Drugless Health Sanitarium or health spa. Snyder, who touted himself as a “magnetic healer,” knew people liked to be pampered. He fed them well, provided them with hot baths and comfortable rooms, and generally gave them the kind of personal attention that made them want to return time and again.
Much has changed through the years, but Dr. Snyder’s spirit still lives on. Our intimate size allows us to cater to the individual needs of small corporate groups or church retreats with the kind of personal service you just can’t get at larger hotels and conference centers. We don’t claim to possess healing powers, but we do hold true to the doctor’s belief that each guest should leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
