Title and Course Description:

“Everything You Wanted to Know About Fly Fishing…..But Were Afraid to Try”

Remember the non-fiction book a few decades ago with a “similar” title? If so, and if you’ve ever had a desire to try fly fishing, this four-hour course will help you overcome any apprehensions you might have about taking up this pleasurable sport. Designed strictly for beginner fly fishermen (and fisherwomen, too, of course!) and for those contemplating just getting started. The time is dedicated to helping all participants learn about equipment, casting tips and techniques, safety and general fly fishing knowledge. Information will be presented in “hands-on”, practical and hopefully, an entertaining way that can make your fishing experiences more enjoyable and productive! Presenter Dan Duncan is a retired teacher, actor, barbeque cook, and lover of fly fishing for over 20 years!

Dan Says, “No videos, no audio tapes, just a lot of fun finding out about fly fishing. I’ll cover lots of information that I wish someone had told me long ago! Bring your own gear if you already have it, or I’ll provide rods and reels for practice.”

Whether an individual looking for fun or a group in need of a team building activity, there is no better place to enjoy and learn about this awesome sport than Inn On The River and on the Banks of the Beautiful Paluxy River.
